A new brand on Lenovo.com, and a great consumer oriented product. We wanted to give AT a strong launch from the get go. We created a customer journey that was easy to navigate, launched with a dedicated email, and drove to a relevant assortment including exclusive merchandise, and 3X back for all MyLenovo Rewards customers.
Dedicated, targeted email sent to our MyLenovo Rewards customer base, driving straight to product assortment.
Dedicated, “light” brand experience (vs some larger experiential landing pages), is quick and to the point.
Additional site merchandising throughout the site drives to brand destination while reinforcing brand imagery across other campaigns.
End result leads to spike in consumer audio sales, lift in Audio Technica brand awareness, and re-engagement of our existing MyLenovo Rewards customer base.
